At Semikolon, we want you to love your home organization products; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a return.

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Carefully place the items back into their original Semikolon packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during the transit back to our warehouse.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
